I was going camping and when i went to start my truck, 2018 silverado, the starter wouldn’t work. My $650 camping reservation was paid and non refundable. I spoke to Tammy in your service department and although they were very busy, she got me in, the next morning. She kept in touch with me by text and video chat (impressive). My truck was fixed in 2hours. What service. You will see me in for all my service from now on. Thank you very much. More

I brought my Silverado in for an oil change. On the way home...what a co-inkydink!...my transmission fluid began to leak (unbeknownst to me) and 20miles later, I lose the transmission. xxxx, rig On the way home...what a co-inkydink!...my transmission fluid began to leak (unbeknownst to me) and 20miles later, I lose the transmission. xxxx, right? But the dealer could fix it for only $6,500. (This is a 2012 with 80k on it.) I took the truck to Stily's, who could do it for $3,500. Satisfied customer? No. New transmission after 80k? I don't know if this was Scranton's fault of Chevy's fault, but this is the last Chevy I'll own. (I had a Toyota t-100. Drove it for 28 years, 139k, with never ever a single breakdown, other than the rust that finally took it.) But let me add that the Scranton service dept. was very friendly. More
