I paid for my rental vehicle, because they could not give me a vehicle that could tow a small trailer to replace my truck. No big deal, Chevy reimburses $46 per day. Well I provided all of my documentation to them, have an email confirming everything was received, and here we are 8 months later, and this dealership continues to dodge my phone calls, and in person visits. It’s gotten to the point where I have to take them to small claims court, to get my $1,288.00. Unless they actually finally respond now to a negative review, after I’ve been more than patient. More

I ok left detailed instructions as to what needed to be looked at and addressed, those needs were NOT met. I am back to square one and have to get the car looked at AGAIN. Had to wait a third day for them to get another sensor in. When I got my car back that day I didn’t notice that my break light were on consistently. I didn’t notice this till I used my car a few days later to Goto work early in the am and noticed that my break lights were on. My car also had new codes when I used a code reader I noticed that my dash board witch was removed to replace the sensor wasn’t even lined up correctly and my hood latch was in accessible. I took my car back here. Was informed my car was not safe to drive. And that they needed to replace a break sensor that was broken during the installation of the first sensor. I inquired about being able to use a loaner car so I could still get to work. Was told there were none at the time and if one came in I was at the top of the list. Let’s just say I didn’t get a car and I didn’t get to work the next day. More
