9:40 appointment waited till 11:15 test drive did another test drive with 2 guys in truck. Waiting till 1:30 no idea what's going on. Finally asked since nobody came out to me Nobody had any idea s another test drive with 2 guys in truck. Waiting till 1:30 no idea what's going on. Finally asked since nobody came out to me Nobody had any idea so I ended up with a loaner car after 4 1/2 hours waiting they kept, truck 2 days put 50 miles on it said it was lower A frame was loose. Now my truck still pulls to the left and sits 1 inch lower on the left side not fixed going to have to bring it back. Not happy at all with the work performed. More

I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Colorado in for routine maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle transmission has been not shifting properly. I advised that the transmission oils needed to b maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle transmission has been not shifting properly. I advised that the transmission oils needed to be replaced. I am satisfied that the service seems to have corrected the shifting problems.
