Horrible experience with getting oil changed Went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. When it was ready I noticed a little oil on my steering wheel. I hadn’t noticed until I got home Went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. When it was ready I noticed a little oil on my steering wheel. I hadn’t noticed until I got home I had oil all over my door panel both inside and out. On hood outside both sides. I then noticed both my upper ball joints were not even greased. Dirt all over bot Zirk fittings I then called back to dealership and spoke with service advisor. She had me bring it back in immediately. I did then met with service manager. They sent truck to get detailed. Had to come back a few hours later to pickup truck after having them give me a loaner. Overall was a bad experience which wasted a good amount of my day. At this point I’m not trusting that the technician is really doing the job that needs to be done. Both service advisor and service manager were great to deal with and seemed to handle situation professionally. More
