Quality work but very slow I showed at exactly for a scheduled appointment for regular service, old change tire rotation etc,...They seemed confused when I said I made the appoi I showed at exactly for a scheduled appointment for regular service, old change tire rotation etc,...They seemed confused when I said I made the appointment. I was waiting for the service so I made my way to the waiting area. After 90 minutes ( way to long for the schedule work) I looked in the lot and saw my vehicle, I went to the service area, disappointing that they couldn't let me know in the waiting area that they were complete. I made the appointment on-line through their website where they advertised $49.95 special for 6-quart oil change, 4-tire rotation & multipoint vehicle inspection. The invoice total came to over $90. When I challenged it they promptly lowered the price to $76 and said the tire rotation was $19.95 it should have been 49.95 plus the sales tax. Since I didn't have the internet add readily available I reluctantly paid the bill and moved on. On top of all this they were to provide a video of the multi-point inspection as indicated on the invoice for no charge. I never received the video In another year I'll be looking to replace my Silverado. I am seriously looking at other dealers More

You bet I'll be back I actually went in for service on my Subaru and while I was waiting wanted to look at a few vehicles I saw online Tammy the service attendant hooked m I actually went in for service on my Subaru and while I was waiting wanted to look at a few vehicles I saw online Tammy the service attendant hooked me up with Liz the sales associate and I told her exactly what I was looking for and what payment range I was expecting to pay and wasn't sure if she could help me because my credit wasn't all that good between Liz and James they got me into the vehicle I wanted at a great price from beginning to end my experience was most pleasurable I have had some really bad experiences with car dealerships just wanting to make a buck and to shove me into any car that they wanted to get off the lot and this was not the case. I ended up walking out with not only the vehicle I wanted but within the payment range I could afford a great vehicle with low miles I couldn't ask for anything better I will definitely be back when I'm ready to trade my tracks and for something else and I will definitely be dealing with Liz and James. More

60K service I brought my truck in for 60K servicing, oil change and tire rotation. I am planning on a long road trip next month and wanted to be sure everything I brought my truck in for 60K servicing, oil change and tire rotation. I am planning on a long road trip next month and wanted to be sure everything was in good shape. I made an on-line appointment, was taken in as soon as I got there, and the service people worked on my truck for 6.5 hours. They found a small leak in my high pressure power steering line that i had repaired. They went over my truck from bumper to bumper. I feel confident that I should have no problems on my trip. The dealer service rebates helped as this became an expensive servicing, and the service person pointed out to me some mail in rebates that I can apply for, so that will help to off set some of the cost. I am retired, and on a fixed income so I want to keep my truck for as long as possible. The service I get here leaves me feeling confident that they are looking out for me so I can keep my truck on the road.. More
