Tammy uses dishonest sales tactics. She refused to run my credit through Capitol One or any other bank that would give me a decent rate with my 837 credit score. I asked why and was told it’s too much work for the finance manager without the promise of a sale. She told me they didn’t run my credit and I left. There is a hard inquiry from Lexus in my credit.
