Dave Q and the Kisselback team rock! My husband and I were about to leave on vacation when my car window decided not to roll up or down. In Florida in July - storms happen regularly! We My husband and I were about to leave on vacation when my car window decided not to roll up or down. In Florida in July - storms happen regularly! We had been discussing the purchase of a Ford Edge, but hadn't taken time to make it happen. I started texting with Dave around 4:00 the day before we were to leave. He replied quickly with what I needed to do online and promised to have my new car gassed up and ready for the road trip the next day. I was SHOCKED when that actually happened!! I rolled out of Kisselback -in pouring rain, but I was dry- in my new Edge less than 24 hours after that first text. FYI - I left my 10 year old VW with a shower current taped to the incapacitated window and never looked back. Thank you to Dave, Tammy, and the whole Kisselback team for making this happen. We are life-long customers!! More

A Blown Engine at 3AM The engine of my 2003 Ford Escape, with 270,000 well earned miles, died at 3AM on the way to the airport. While I arrived in Houston for my meeting, P The engine of my 2003 Ford Escape, with 270,000 well earned miles, died at 3AM on the way to the airport. While I arrived in Houston for my meeting, PJ had jumped into action, towed the Escape back to their shop and after careful inspection, called it. The vehicle that had been my agent of exploration for 15 years was DOA... a moment on silence please... Without hesitation, PJ introduced me to Raymond who listened to my budget requirements and helped me find the right car. Ray indulged my need to test drive a few more cars than I really needed to, and we quickly settled on the right car for my family, at this time in our journey, within our budget. While Ray prepared our car for delivery, Tammy produced the final paperwork which was organized and easy to understand. I need to give Tammy a thumbs up for being so patient while my wife and I passed our now hungry 18 month old between signatures. Overall, a great experience at Kisselback Ford, they really treated us well. Even Bobby took the time to meet us at the door when we arrived for our appointment. I have a lot of respect for owners and leaders who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. My next car will be purchased from Kisselback Ford. More
