She was very pleasant on the phone and advised that she would have the vehicle ready when we arrived the next day. Dealing with Jaimie was a pleasure. We did our test drive, had our trade in appraised and the paperwork completed very quickly. Jaimie is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tammy Walters who took care of our financing. Tammy was very pleasant and took us through our paperwork quickly. Quick, painless but detailed! Found car I wanted on line, but from the first phone call to check availability, Nick was very helpful. Although it was used and not a Ford, Nick was very knowledgable as he had past experience with the Jeep brand. Scheduled appointment to see and drive the Jeep the next day, agreed on fair price an that was that. Provided needed information for Tammy to process paperwork, ( which is a mountain now days ) but Tammy had all of it prepared when we arrived to pick up the Jeep. Other than wearing out a couple of pens writing our signatures it was quick and painless. Tammy was very nice and explained all documents well at closing.
