I say this after having a terrible experience at a nearby establishment. The overall approach and philosophy exhibited by the personnel, especially Nick Toro, was kind, helpful, and generally conducive of a smooth and pressure free transaction. Although some of the circumstances weren’t ideal and I’m a bit disappointed with the end result, I can’t in good faith fault the staff as their desire to resolve the issues was evident and world class. I am thankful and appreciative of Nick for doing all he could to ensure that I left if not happy, at least content with his effort. Great job and many blessings!!! More
