They did a great job. Bought a used car from Greenway Ford. Car battery keep dying. Greenway could not figure it out. If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. First, made an appointment, took 3 weeks to get because they only have one diesel mechanic. Drop it off on the day of appointment at 710 am. N would. First, made an appointment, took 3 weeks to get because they only have one diesel mechanic. Drop it off on the day of appointment at 710 am. No one calls me with an update. I call the service department at 3:00pm to inquire on my vehicle. Was told they still haven’t called in all the parts to the insurance company for approval, nor have any parts been ordered. Service person chuckled and said can we keep it another day…I said yes. Next day comes around….again, no call from them! I call to find out what’s going on. Apparently the mechanic is have a problem finding electrical issue. My husband calls service manager asking what the heck is going on. Clearly Dave, “the manager “ doesn’t have a clue either. Found out the service department was lying to me. All they did in a day and a half was a freaking oil change. They haven’t even Looked at the electrical issue yet NOR ANY OF THE OTHER PROBLEMS. This place is a joke! They were just going to try to keep my truck again today and continue to push it to the side! Zero customer service and xxxxty work ethics. Dave should find another job. More

I took my f150 here to get a number of factory issues fixed and when I got my car back not only did I go from 90 miles of range to 60 miles arrange but they also installed my windshield wiper incorrectly fixed and when I got my car back not only did I go from 90 miles of range to 60 miles arrange but they also installed my windshield wiper incorrectly and I didn’t notice until it started raining. I took it back to them a guy proceeded to laugh at me and say “I didn’t notice so i don’t know why you’re telling me” they send a guy from the service department to fix it and he said “I don’t know why they sent me here I don’t know what I’m doing” and now my A pillar is scratched even though I bought this car brand new in March. Terrible place and I will not be returning here. More
