Lease The beginning was great but it ended up feeling as a 2nd class citizen. We were told that the deal would be done by 4:30. My step daughter was a hour The beginning was great but it ended up feeling as a 2nd class citizen. We were told that the deal would be done by 4:30. My step daughter was a hour late for work. She left early and the deal wasn’t finished until 6 pm. We started at 2:30. Then after the deal was done I was asked to move from the chair because “ I have a guy buying a Tesla “. I was then told that the office door was open to finish signing the agreement and I was meet by “ what are you doing here, I thought you were someone else. We sat while the printer continued to be a issue. I know we only leased a Elantra but it was my step daughter 1st real car. While seating with the salesman we were told several times about giving a great review so he could get a bonus. Thank you for a wonderful experience. More

Stay AWAY STAY AWAY! Their deceptive advertising/marketing is borderline fraud. There are many honest dealerships out there, so why would anyone go to colonial STAY AWAY! Their deceptive advertising/marketing is borderline fraud. There are many honest dealerships out there, so why would anyone go to colonial Hyundai of Downingtown? Their marketing is designed to lead you to believe you’ve gotten an excellent deal but when you get into the dealership everything changes for the worse. They said strait to my face, “this marketing is used to lure people in and it was approved by the attorney general.” Even if the approval is true, it must have been barely approved and that does not mean it’s a good idea to use this type of marketing to deceive people. I bet a lot of good, honest people were in the same position I was and I feel really sorry for them. This level of deception is just not right and they have to be a real slime ball of a dealership to mislead people this way. The few people at the dealership I spoke with seemed very snake-like and I would definitely not trust them with a purchase or service. If they are this deceptive and sleazy with their marketing, imagine how they are throughout the rest of their organization. I would expect this type of deceit in a used car lot in south philly, but not at a new Hyundai dealership. Again, I would strongly encourage everyone to NOT step one foot onto the lot of colonial Hyundai of Downingtown. More
