Go for the Oil Change, Not the Repair Honesty, I will definitely stick with you guys when it comes to my oil changes and check-ups, but when it comes to repairs, I will be taking it to Wer Honesty, I will definitely stick with you guys when it comes to my oil changes and check-ups, but when it comes to repairs, I will be taking it to Werking Automotive. Several friends have recommended them as a company that's not about ripping their customers off with such high costs. The fact that the part was $250 was a little disappointing, but what's even ridiculous is that labor cost more than that. Rip-off! More

Service nightmare Brought in car for fuel pump recall. Jeanette made the appointment but could give me no information as to service center location or shuttle process. Brought in car for fuel pump recall. Jeanette made the appointment but could give me no information as to service center location or shuttle process. When I dropped the car off Tania was rude. Informed me that I had missed the shuttle and could wait holding a sign. When I asked her where, Tania said, "I just told you". I asked for the car to be ready at 3:30 and it was not ready until after 5:30 even though it was documented in the paperwork. I received no call informing me of the delay. So overall, staff was rude and not knowledgeable, and could not meet a time deadline. My first and last trip to criswell Honda. More

2018 Honda HRV molding issue Tania is great, I had to take my 2018 HRV in today because of an issue with a piece of the side molding discoloring. She took the car right back to t Tania is great, I had to take my 2018 HRV in today because of an issue with a piece of the side molding discoloring. She took the car right back to the body shop to see if there was anything they could do to correct the issue. With in 30 min’s she had my car back to me. They could not correct the issue but with out question she order a replacement piece. What great service. Thank you More

Honda Odyssey 2014 for Factory Scheduled Maintenance. Extremely satisfied. Tania is a credit to Criswell Honda,Germantown, MD. She was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable. I had a list of items to discuss and she was very attentive and patient. If an explanation to my inquiries was necessary, she was thorough in doing so. She is a pleasure to interact with. No wheel alignment report I took my car for a wheel alignment, and it took them almost four hours to finish it because they only have one machine available for that service and I took my car for a wheel alignment, and it took them almost four hours to finish it because they only have one machine available for that service and they were stuck with another car.They had to do the alignment in another nearby dealer and I did'nt get the report of the wheel alignment.So, I have no idea if they did the alignment. Moreover, they "did" a multi inspection report, but it was not given to me,either. Ten days later, a representative called me to do a survey, and I explained to her my situation. She told me that I was going to get a call from the manager. Since then, I am waiting for that call. I will never buy a car from this dealer. More

Ms. Rosa Aguilar was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my new Honda Accord Sedan serviced for an oil change and first maintenance "Sch Ms. Rosa Aguilar was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my new Honda Accord Sedan serviced for an oil change and first maintenance "Schedule A" finished a good hour before it was expected to be completed. I enjoy the wonderful amenities at Criswell Honda, plus the overall welcoming and kind treatment one finds while there. Although I live and work in Washington, DC I definitely believe it's worth having my car serviced at my Criswell Honda dealership as I am confident that my car receives the needed servicing and in a lovely enviornment. It's a pleasure to me to deal with Criswell Honda. More

Mike acknowledged my visit, ensured that any services needed was resolved and met. He's very professional and caters to all customers. During my visit, I noticed Mike creates an environment that encourages employees to work together as a team. Ensures that all team members know their role, and that barriers to success are removed or minimized. He is attentive, responsive, and demonstrates a sense of urgency in all services. In addition, Mike understands that how something is said has a significant influence on how it is received with all customers. Very happy with the service and highly recommended! More

Review for Tanya I have been a Criswell customer since 1972. I bought a number of Chevys for myself, my daughter and my son at the Gaithersburg back then. It wasn't u I have been a Criswell customer since 1972. I bought a number of Chevys for myself, my daughter and my son at the Gaithersburg back then. It wasn't until almost 9 years ago I started buying Honda's. l always have liked the service department as well as the body shop at Criswell, Everyone I have dealt with over the last 45 years has been very pleasant to work with, never had any work done that was a problem and even when I had a little concern over the years it was handled admirably. Since I have been dealing Criswell Honda in Germantown I've dealt with a lot of advisors but there were 2 that stood out the most. One has been there a long time but much to my dismay isn't anymore. And one must be relatively new and I worked with her just recently, The one that left was Stacy S, she was such a pleasure to work with, And strangely enough the person I worked with this time is at her desk and phone, That is Tanya, she was so pleasant and accomodating after I sat there for 5 hrs waiting for my car and found there was a problem with the SRS system replacement. She arranged a loaner so I could go home. She called me when it was done about 3 hrs later, It was a situation that could have been very upsetting , but her demeaner and concern made it almost pleasant. I felt I had to write this. Just a note I have heard many good things about Lester and since I always wait for the car have seen him in action during the Saturday morning rush and he always says hi no matter how busy things are and seems to handle the rush in such a controlled way. Thanks for making my visits pleasurable every time I've been there. More
