Professional customer service in every way Ed worked with me to purchase a new used car in an emergency situation. He took time to make sure I got what I needed and wanted and kept the purchase and car detailing process moving along by checking in with staff in other departments. His relaxed demeanor and calls to update me on progress helped to ease my concerns and give me confidence that I was making good decisions in an unanticipated, stressful situation. His sense of humor is priceless. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. More

Keeping our 2011 CR-Z and 2018 HR-V running like new Tania has gone over and above what is expected of services adviser. We are a very busy couple and with trying to keep track of what services need to Tania has gone over and above what is expected of services adviser. We are a very busy couple and with trying to keep track of what services need to be done. She is always willing to work with us and has someone call us to remind us what needs to be done and set it all up. She keeps ahead of what is need next especially with one the cars being 7 years old. I never feel that try to over change me or try take advance of us in anyway. Thank you Tania for always looking out for us and for be such a great and reliable service rep and thank you Mike Cohn for being a great service manager and being there for your custamers.. More

Beyond great My wife and I were heading home to NW Ohio early Jan 16th when the tire pressure warning light came on just as we hit I-270N. Not wanting to chance a My wife and I were heading home to NW Ohio early Jan 16th when the tire pressure warning light came on just as we hit I-270N. Not wanting to chance a flat tire in a snowstorm, I exited at Father Hurley Blvd and pulled into a shopping center. My wife found the the Honda dealer in Germantown on her non- GPS phone. A patient woman ( Tina? or Tania?) in service figured out where we were from the names of the shops and gave us directions to Criswell Honda. When we pulled into the service dept.,a young white man quickly directed me to an area where the tires could be checked and inflated. My wife went to the customer lounge. An older black man checked our tires and inflated all of them to the proper pressure. He then reset the tire pressure warning light. He was very efficient, helpful, friendly and courteous. There was no charge and no paperwork. I moved our 2014 Accord outside and went to the customer lounge to get my wife. Our only complaint is that the service was done so quickly that my wife did not have time to finish her delicious coffee. We will be returning to Wash. this year and dropping off a plate of cookies for the service dept. if we can find Amaranth Drive again. More

Go for the Oil Change, Not the Repair Honesty, I will definitely stick with you guys when it comes to my oil changes and check-ups, but when it comes to repairs, I will be taking it to Wer Honesty, I will definitely stick with you guys when it comes to my oil changes and check-ups, but when it comes to repairs, I will be taking it to Werking Automotive. Several friends have recommended them as a company that's not about ripping their customers off with such high costs. The fact that the part was $250 was a little disappointing, but what's even ridiculous is that labor cost more than that. Rip-off! More

Service nightmare Brought in car for fuel pump recall. Jeanette made the appointment but could give me no information as to service center location or shuttle process. Brought in car for fuel pump recall. Jeanette made the appointment but could give me no information as to service center location or shuttle process. When I dropped the car off Tania was rude. Informed me that I had missed the shuttle and could wait holding a sign. When I asked her where, Tania said, "I just told you". I asked for the car to be ready at 3:30 and it was not ready until after 5:30 even though it was documented in the paperwork. I received no call informing me of the delay. So overall, staff was rude and not knowledgeable, and could not meet a time deadline. My first and last trip to criswell Honda. More

2018 Honda HRV molding issue Tania is great, I had to take my 2018 HRV in today because of an issue with a piece of the side molding discoloring. She took the car right back to t Tania is great, I had to take my 2018 HRV in today because of an issue with a piece of the side molding discoloring. She took the car right back to the body shop to see if there was anything they could do to correct the issue. With in 30 min’s she had my car back to me. They could not correct the issue but with out question she order a replacement piece. What great service. Thank you More

No wheel alignment report I took my car for a wheel alignment, and it took them almost four hours to finish it because they only have one machine available for that service and I took my car for a wheel alignment, and it took them almost four hours to finish it because they only have one machine available for that service and they were stuck with another car.They had to do the alignment in another nearby dealer and I did'nt get the report of the wheel alignment.So, I have no idea if they did the alignment. Moreover, they "did" a multi inspection report, but it was not given to me,either. Ten days later, a representative called me to do a survey, and I explained to her my situation. She told me that I was going to get a call from the manager. Since then, I am waiting for that call. I will never buy a car from this dealer. More

Ms. Rosa Aguilar was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my new Honda Accord Sedan serviced for an oil change and first maintenance "Sch Ms. Rosa Aguilar was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my new Honda Accord Sedan serviced for an oil change and first maintenance "Schedule A" finished a good hour before it was expected to be completed. I enjoy the wonderful amenities at Criswell Honda, plus the overall welcoming and kind treatment one finds while there. Although I live and work in Washington, DC I definitely believe it's worth having my car serviced at my Criswell Honda dealership as I am confident that my car receives the needed servicing and in a lovely enviornment. It's a pleasure to me to deal with Criswell Honda. More
