This is the 4th car we’ve purchased from Royal Moore. The sales person was polite and courteous. It was a challenge and frustrating when we found, the model and type of vehicle we had requested a month The sales person was polite and courteous. It was a challenge and frustrating when we found, the model and type of vehicle we had requested a month earlier wasn’t in stock. We were there for 6 hours and left without a new vehicle and only a ‘loaner’ car for temporary usage until the car arrived. Ironically the trade-in made depreciated every three hours. More
