Where to start, first off JD Dowell was phenomenal, he went beyond what was nescesarry to make sure I got the car I wanted at a price that was acceptable to me and even held the car long enough for me to went beyond what was nescesarry to make sure I got the car I wanted at a price that was acceptable to me and even held the car long enough for me to work out driving to Portland OR from Idaho. I am telling you the man is a saint, as I was definitely a bit challenging I am sure to work with, we had internet problems and phone challenges with trying to get the down payment to go through etc, and JD and all the Managers, and finance Dept at Royal Moore Subaru were amazing as we all dealt with making my deal happen. A big Thank You to JD, all the managers, and finance dept, I already love my new to me Subaru and will definitely do the drive again just to work with this incredible bunch of people at Royal Moore Subaru, if I or a family member should need a new car in the future, this will be my first pace to look. This is the 4th car we’ve purchased from Royal Moore. The sales person was polite and courteous. It was a challenge and frustrating when we found, the model and type of vehicle we had requested a month The sales person was polite and courteous. It was a challenge and frustrating when we found, the model and type of vehicle we had requested a month earlier wasn’t in stock. We were there for 6 hours and left without a new vehicle and only a ‘loaner’ car for temporary usage until the car arrived. Ironically the trade-in made depreciated every three hours. More
