I agreed, and Artimus was so attentive and interested in my having a positive experience with a potential car purchase, that I ended up trading in my 2019 Crosstrek for a 2026 Crosstrek. In fact, everyone whom I met, including the manager, Daniel Lara, was determined that I leave with an excellent experience. I'll definitely return for any future purchases and recommend Royal Moore to friends interested in purchasing their next car. More

Kim is a major asset for Subaru’s Service department. When I brought my car in I was scared I thought it was basically done for. Kim was very helpful and very understanding she sent me home with a loan When I brought my car in I was scared I thought it was basically done for. Kim was very helpful and very understanding she sent me home with a loaner car and told me she would be in touch in a few days as it was Thursday evening and Monday was a holiday. When Kim reached out to me she had everything figured out. Turns out I needed a new head gasket along with a bunch of other parts, which would total a lot of money!! But Kim had gone above and beyond for me and had already talked to the extended warranty Royal Moore has on their vehicles and was able to get them to cover most of the work with a couple super low deductibles!! I don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t done that for me! Thank you Kim and thank you Royal Moore Subaru!! More
