I would call Tanner with any questions that I had whether it was about service hours, the car in general, he would always answer my questions and never push me off to the department that handled whatever question I was asking, even after the sale of the vehicle was over, Tanner always returned a phone call or email the same day and would always help. I am an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Customer Service Manager at a large utility in Las Vegas and Tanner exemplifies the word service and is great for customer relations at Gaudin Ford. I loved every minute of my time at Gaudin. Tanner is a man of his word! I told him what I was hoping to accomplish in terms of a deal, and he said he would make it happen, "plain and simple". I was in the dealership for about 45 minutes before we had a deal in place and paperwork started. NOW THATS FAST!!! There was no hassle, no stress, no nonsense. If you can get a better deal, you better get it ! My local Ford Dealer told me if I could find a better deal, I should go get it ! And that's what I did. I drove 135 miles to get the better deal and more importantly to be treated as an IMPORTANT customer. Everyone I dealt with at Gaudin Ford was great, especially my sales person Tanner ! Tanner went out of his way to keep in touch with me through the purchase which was important since the buy was done by phone. I would definitely drive 135 miles to purchase a car from Gaudin Ford again. More
