Took my car in for the world's fastest oil change! I was informed my pathfinder needed rear brakes and they were able to get it done right away, and I still got to my coffee date on time! Brought my Rogue in for service. Tanner Walker was my advisor and he was excellent from the jump. He was thorough at taking down my information and listening to the concerns I had about my vehicle. He was detailed laying out the process and what to expect. The Service Manager, Will M. also came over to greet me and assist. Very hands on service department and they continued to keep me updated daily with a part that had to be ordered for my vehicle. Considering the other Nissan stores in the KC area I've been to, this one by far exceeds my past experiences. This in my eyes, is how you earn new clients for life. More
