The Service Manager, Will M. also came over to greet me and assist. Very hands on service department and they continued to keep me updated daily with a part that had to be ordered for my vehicle. Considering the other Nissan stores in the KC area I've been to, this one by far exceeds my past experiences. This in my eyes, is how you earn new clients for life. More

Came in on June 13th. Asked to have my tires rotated and air checked. Left there and my tires were the same as when I brought it in. I called and talked to a guy who said I needed to drive it on the highway at 40-45 miles an hour for 20 min. Said it would kick in. I've driven 230 highway miles today and the tire pressure is the same as when I brought it in. I don't like being lied to. Probably not going to be back. More
