I have purchased 4 new vehicles over the last 9 years through Shottenkirk. I have traded each vehicle back to Shottenkirk and stayed loyal to their service department for maintenance because of my purcha through Shottenkirk. The brand new Kia I just purchased had 4 bad tires. Within 5 days all 4 tires were replaced and the situation was handled with patience and grace. I am thankful that I was heard as a consistent customer and the situation was handled immediately. I also want to give a huge appreciation shout out to Lesley S. in the service department. She is the nicest person I have ever interacted with within the service department. Her customer service is outstanding and I appreciated her consistency and reassurance. Thank you for another amazing purchasing experience. I will continue to business at your dealership. More
