I called this dealership first thing in the morning telling them I am very interested in a truck they have for sale and asked how to start the process of buying it. The person I spoke to wasn’t overly telling them I am very interested in a truck they have for sale and asked how to start the process of buying it. The person I spoke to wasn’t overly helpful and didnt seem to take me serious. After getting my finances in order I called back letting them know I was going to come the next day and drive the 4.5 hours to pick the truck up. I asked how I could secure the truck so that it was not sold. I was told they would send me a link to put a deposit down. After about 20 min of not getting an email I wrote them to ensure they had my email correct, they responded that they would not sell me the truck unless I financed through them. WHAT? I called and spoke with them, and I let them know I am a veteran and I use only my military bank for all my finances and loans. I was told the manager would call me in 30 min. After an hour passed and no one called me I called them back, only to have them tell me they will not sell it to me because I live out of state and because I will not finance with them. They also informed me that someone had shown up and they planned to sell the truck to them. This place is unprofessional and does not support veterans. More
