Well where do I start? First off service used to be really great at your dealership has gone downhill severely. Every time that they change my cabin filter they would break First off service used to be really great at your dealership has gone downhill severely. Every time that they change my cabin filter they would break the door I had to put it on my account to never change it. Every time that they change the air filter for the car they did not put both bolts back in the cover. Twice we had to make you order and pay for the bolts and put the cover back on. This is absolutely terrible service. Recently we brought my car in if you have no oil change tire rotation and balance and we requested to have the rest brakes checked. Lots of squealing in the back grinding noises and your technician said the brakes are fine and we had 7 mm left on the brake pads. Well that was not the case and we had to bring the car back to you once again due to service and have you double check it again. Well behold the brakes did need changed and the driver side rear rotor was getting chewed up by something metal the clip on the brake pads whatever it was calipers who knows your technician should know and your service manager should know. Personally I am extremely unhappy with your service department. I bought my car from you I convinced my husband to buy his car from you I convince my husband to take his car into your service department because they used to be great. They did wrong by him on two different service appointments so he no longer brings his car there for service unless he absolutely has to he goes to another place to get his oil changes and his tire rotation is done and of course they are cheaper but they do it right there's never a problem do you get the picture? You asked for the survey so I'm telling you the truth and black and white. On top of this I'm in the market for a new car possibly I really like my car I don't think I'll be buying it from you after this service and how it's been. I'm a loyal Toyota customer this is my fourth one so do you want me to take my business to Jermaine or somebody else that sells Toyotas? On top of that one time when I was in for service and I didn't have my husband take the car in one of your people at your service counter asked me if I wanted to trade my card and I told him well I was looking but I was also looking at the Mazdas and you know what he told me, he said oh why would you want to buy a Mazda they're junk. I guess your own employee has not heard of the fire's family dealerships you own a Mazda dealership you might want to educate him! More
