I would give Treasure Coast 5 stars for their work, but gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. The schedulers put up unreasonable and illogical barriers and when gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting a loaner when i first called. The schedulers put up unreasonable and illogical barriers and when i questioned the policy, one gave me attitude and said, "i'm not going to do this!" i finally spoke with the service manager who arranged the service call and reserved a loaner without question. In fact, i bought my car there and the transaction was amazing. Treasure Coast has always been polite and easy to work with, but their schedulers need a lesson in customer service! More

Just had my 10,000-mile service and it was a great experience as usual. Tara is amazing and honestly, I don't mind waiting. I get my hot chocolate, sit in a comfy chair and watch a show on my iPad.
