I contacted Honda Cars Looking for a good car for my soon-to-be 16 year old driver. The Chevy Malibu I saw on CarMax looked like a really great deal. I contacted Honda Cars of Bellevue for more information. Talked to Rachel initially. She was very helpful by phone. When I arrived at the dealership later that day (drove from Lincoln), she wasn't available, but referred me to Josh. He stepped in and did an excellent job! He was very friendly. He showed me the car, went for a test drive and then we proceeded to purchase. I wasn't able to take the car that day, and Josh was very accommodating on when it would work to come back, even willing to come on his day off if that's when I could be there. I also met with Tari. She was great and efficient. On the day of pick up, she even gave me a good nearby restaurant recommendation and directions. My entire experience was excellent! I didn't feel pushed, just very well served. Thanks to the great team at Honda Cars of Bellevue! More

We came to test drive a CR-V on Tuesday, with full intentions of shopping around a bit before making the decision, and had left that night with a down payment and picking up the car Wednesday due to keeping the guys past closing time, which they didn't show any irritation or concern about. Keith very thoroughly walked me through the new CR-V, as I was driving a 2011 so was very behind the times with everything a 2017 vehicle had to offer. He was absolutely awesome to work with. Tony really wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the payment amount and really made an effort to get our agreement to what we were comfortable with. Highly recommend! More
