Overall, it has been a disappointing experience dealing with Audi Coral Springs. I had the opportunity to purchase a couple of other vehicles from other dealers, but I went with Audi Coral Springs based on with Audi Coral Springs. I had the opportunity to purchase a couple of other vehicles from other dealers, but I went with Audi Coral Springs based on their reviews and reputation. Also, they disclosed an issue with the vehicle I was interested in before I purchased it and offered to repair the vehicle at no additional charge. On top of this, I was provided with a free loaner while the vehicle was being prepped. There was also a cosmetic flaw with the vehicle that they agreed to repair. However, the final repair was lackluster at best. Despite being approved and signing all of my purchase paperwork, I was forced to visit the dealership a second time to sign all of the purchase paperwork for unexplained reasons. This alone should have given me pause, as now there were 2 purchase contracts. When I was contacted that my car was ready, no one involved with my purchase was available and I was not given any of the paperwork related to my purchase, vehicle service contract, etc. It took three weeks and another visit to the dealership to obtain the paperwork. I pointed out some discrepancies related to a fee as well as a sales tax overcharge. The fee was explained and I was correct in that I was overcharged for the sales tax. I was told that a check for the tax overcharge would be mailed to me. However, while reviewing the paperwork, a finance manager (not involved in my purchase) noted a discrepancy of over $1800 between the purchase agreement and the finance contract. They claimed that this was related to a "Permaplate" paint protection package that was never disclosed to me as well as other miscellaneous fees. The Permaplate charge alone was $999 for 1 year of protection, which I would never have agreed to had I known what a short coverage period was involved. It was also never listed in the finance contract. I was also charged a "title agency fee" of over $400, despite having provided my own license plate. I have titled numerous cars in the past using my own plates and have never been charged over $200, with all fees included. Additionally, no one ever explained how the vehicle service contract or mandatory Lojack product works or how I go about accessing/using it. This should have been part of the delivery process, which again, never took place. The only reason that I am giving them 2 stars is solely due to the disclosure/repair of the motor mount as well as the loaner I was provided. At the end of the day, if I had it to do all over again, I would take my business elsewhere. And to any prospective buyers: Even if your salesman is insistent on you leaving a Google, Yelp, etc. review, make sure you do so AFTER everything is said and done. More

Our second Audi from Coral Springs Audi and again a pleasant experience. This time I asked to cut short the visit rather than spend typical 5-6. hours... Job well done. I wanted to share the outstanding experience this past weekend that we had at the Audi Coral Springs dealership. Called ahead and spoke with Dakarai in sales and he advised the vehicles we wanted to see w weekend that we had at the Audi Coral Springs dealership. Called ahead and spoke with Dakarai in sales and he advised the vehicles we wanted to see would be made available to see and drive as long as we needed. Went there "just to look" at the new 2025 models that had just come off the delivery truck with the intent on getting one within 3-4 months later. Upon arrival were greeted warmly by their entire team including Brendan (Executive Sales Director). Test driving today's Audi is not just a car but an experience in automotive excellence while being immersed in Audi's "technology as a service". Amazing does not do the experience enough justice. Sitting down for light conversation after to remind of the 3-4 month expectation and Brendan and Dakarai worked their "Audi magic". I was paid full (private party) value for my trade in and made a deal that literally could not be refused. The finance and documentation session was informed, quick and easy with Taryn. We then were introduced (with contact information) to the remaining members of our new Audi family for any and all future support and service needs that we may have. If you have the desire to drive a premium vehicle and have a truly premium experience, take a trip to Audi Coral Springs and leave with the vehicle and the automotive experience that you have been looking for. The cars are amazing...the staff is even better! More
