The local Audi dealerships and employees are great. Audi corporate is another story. My brand new Q5 with 400 miles on it sat at the dealership for 45 days waiting on a part. When I got the car back, i Audi corporate is another story. My brand new Q5 with 400 miles on it sat at the dealership for 45 days waiting on a part. When I got the car back, it must have been parked outside during wait. Hard water spots from what appeared to be reclaimed irrigation water did a number on the license tag area paint. Tree droppings also left stains and marks. It took me hours to detail the car and get all of that off. If I had one dealer criticism, it would be to really inspect the car and clean it thoroughly before returning it. More
