Sales lady Linda Macklin was excellent. I had an issue and it was addressed right away. Car looked better in person than on the Internet. If I could provide a -10 score I would. The company has failed to honor their word to us at every turn. They sold us a used car that threw a code during the test drive. They offered to r The company has failed to honor their word to us at every turn. They sold us a used car that threw a code during the test drive. They offered to repair the car and 3 months later the car is still not repaired. We have paid for the car and it is still not drivable. To make matters worse, they have stopped responding to us at all about the ongoing problems. We have it in writing that they have agreed to repair the car! We have texted, called and emailed the sales manager, used car manger, the GM, finance manager and the President and VP of the company and NO ONE is responding to us. This is clearly a horrible way to treat a customer and the worst car buying experience I have ever had! They are not reputable and clearing don't stand behind their commitments. More

Don't purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you hope to work with a group of individuals that honor their word. More

Buyer beware! Company does not honor their commitments once you've pulled off their lot. LONG story short, we bought a used car. A warning light appeared on the Company does not honor their commitments once you've pulled off their lot. LONG story short, we bought a used car. A warning light appeared on the dash before the test drive occurred. The used car manager assured us all the repairs needed to resolve the issue would be paid for by Jim Ellis. *We even got this in writing to have it documented! Now three months later the car still is not repaired and the used car manager, sales manger, GM, CFO and President of the company will not respond to any of our calls, texts or emails asking that they pay the repairs. It's unfortunate that instances such as this are why people don't trust car dealers in general! More

Had lots of interactions and very indepth experiences regarding High-end Cars, their respective customization and high-tech tuning. This Dealership is a one-stop-shop, especially when it comes to the V-Line Brand of Cadillac. GM of Sales, Mr. Brent very knowledgeable, very keen and to the point. Won't waste your time - please do same; simple mathematics folks!!! Be clear concise in your communications and clarity will accompany you throughout whatever it is you dealing with. General Motors can be proud to have Jim Ellis representing the entire Cadillac Brand with a roster of well seasoned executive talent. Mr. Warren, the main General Manager is by far one of the BEST that ever did it. Chief Executive all around; ..and it shows, cause he is leading by exemplary character, integrity & a sound personality. We, my business partners and their respective clientele looking forward to many many more years of doing business with the Jim Ellis Family and their fleet of automotive brands, makes & models.
