After years of servicing my old BMW at Circle Motorsport, Inc. in Eatontown, NJ (https://www.circlebmw.com), I decided to buy a new BMW during a pandemic with labor shortages, transportation backlogs, and sc Inc. in Eatontown, NJ (https://www.circlebmw.com), I decided to buy a new BMW during a pandemic with labor shortages, transportation backlogs, and scarce microchips. I traded in my car, and Tathiana Carrasco, Client Advisor, ordered a new 540 for me. When it arrived from Germany, Tathiana arranged to have it transported from Eatontown, NJ, to Florida. She made the entire transaction so easy for me. Special thanks to Tom and Thomas. What a great dealership! More

i dealt with ms. tathiana carrasco. i initially had placed an order with her for a m240i,but due to manufacturing problems was told the car might not be ready til the end of the year. due to my current placed an order with her for a m240i,but due to manufacturing problems was told the car might not be ready til the end of the year. due to my current situation i could not wait that long and i explained that to her.she checked her inventory and offered me a few other selections and i did get a car.she was very understanding and willing to help me.just an all round great experience with her. Ziggy was awesome! He always answered my questions promptly and fully, was not pushy about what kind of purchase we should make and when, and was accommodating to my family and I. She welcomed us with joy and offered us snacks and drinks and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care right until we left.
