I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a 2027 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from Heritage. Ben Stark, a Sales Manager, also was extremely nice to deal with early and at the end of the process. No one pushed me to get anything I didn't want, and each was honest about relevant facts. I had done my research ahead of time, concerning the reasonable range of prices for the Santa Fe and my two trade-ins (i.e., True Car and Edmonds), and the offers were within the reasonable range I expected. In terms of time it took, I arrived at 10:30 a.m. and was able to drive away with my new car by 2:30 p.m. Overall, and without exception, the overall experience was quite nice. More
