Don’t trust these- they ask you about them multiple times to make sure you leave a good one!Fake reviews! My experience at ford of upland started back in October of 2021 when I placed my custom order for my 2 to make sure you leave a good one!Fake reviews! My experience at ford of upland started back in October of 2021 when I placed my custom order for my 21 model year bronco. At this time Taylor was very friendly and helpful and optimistic that I would have my car in the next 6 months. Although though my vehicle ended up taking over 20 months. During my 20 month wait I received little to no updates. The first time my sales person Taylor reached out to provide me with an update was to let me know in Feb of 2023 that I should come in and get my deposit refund started and cancel my order. After coming in and starting this process he reached back out and said never mind we will have it built. Once my car was confirmed to be built I was presented with an updated pricing sheet for it. It had increased in price by close to $7000 from my original agreement and msrp sheet. At this time my dealer said “it is what it is” “ you may get some rebate from ford but not us” and was also told on top of this I would be charged $3900 for the ford of upland package. After combating on the ford of upland package i finally got Taylor to agree not to do it by simply asking who the GM of the dealership was ( still can’t get this info out of him). At this time I also started my research on getting this rebate to help off set the huge cost increase. I was told by the dealer “ it’s not our problem and to reach out to ford for it “ once I reached out to Ford i was told “ your dealer needs to add your info and it will automatically generate the private cash offer” after calling both ford and the dealership everyday for 2 months I finally got my dealer to do this and got my offer generated. This took calling everyday and begging the dealer to do their part. When my vehicle finally was set to arrive at the dealer I made sure to make an appointment with Taylor and give him a time i would come to get it. He agreed and said I will see you then. The day of even though i made an “appointment” i was told by Taylor now it is first come first serve and then “other appointments in front”. I had been anticipating the delivery of this car for months and they couldn’t make sure i wouldn’t have to spend 5 hours there to sign paperwork ? This scheduling mishap ended up costing me my first day of work to the dealership. During my pre delivery inspection I had to listen to Taylor berate a customer on the phone about them reaching out to get a loaner car while there’s was being serviced. During my inspection I noticed a scuff on my fender. Taylor said this was adhesive and they would fix it.The next day I reached out to the dealer and brought back in to have the “adhesive removed” it turned out to not be adhesive and actually a scuff. At this time I was told i would need another appointment with service and that they weren’t open and do come back the next day. When I came back they said I would need to schedule another appointment. On my third trip out I finally was able to have this part ordered. During that visit I also noted that the night after delivery I noticed a damaged part on my metal bumper ( an almost 1k add on) this was noted to Taylor the day after delivery and pics sent. Joe the ordering manager there admitted it was manufacturing issue. I also noted a large run on my hood that chipped off (also admitted by Joe).Once my part was finally confirmed to be in stock it took a week to get an appointment (4 weeks after delivery and driving my “new” car with a scuff). When I took the day off of work to drop it off (was told this was my only option). I received a call mid way through the day saying they ordered the wrong fender. Now I am out a second day of work due to the dealerships negligences. They rescheduled to come out to my home on Thursday. I had my wife skip work to be home to let them do the work and ford of uplands mobile techs never showed up. I had to take a third day off Friday to finally have it done. More

Buyer beware if you purchase a car from Upland Ford! I paid the asking price for a "Blue Certified" vehicle. Ensure you get the Used Car Inspection sheet before you leave the dealership. I was told "tha I paid the asking price for a "Blue Certified" vehicle. Ensure you get the Used Car Inspection sheet before you leave the dealership. I was told "that" the department was closed for the day, so they would email me the inspection sheet, it never came. After three days, I knew the transmission had issues. 6 weeks later, I had the transmission replaced, I was without my car for 2 weeks. Four months and less than 5500 miles after the purchase, the list of issues is growing! The SD Navigation card is corrupted ($455), the rotors and "brand new" brake pads need to be replaced ($2180), and the second row Air Bag sensor had to be adjusted to turn off the warning light ($235). After multiple phone calls and many promises, I have yet to have a phone call from General Manager. Jose said multiple times he would email the Used Car Inspection sheet and the prior service records as the vehicle was originally sold and subsequently serviced by Upland. More

Sales was good. Finance was a struggle. Took in for the Eck- bond and they didn’t even clean the inside. Wonder if even done. Only out tire dressing on 3 tires. Finance was a struggle.
