I have been going to this dealership for the past 24 years. Customer service is deteriorating. Taylor was supposed to help me with service. I had to wait 25 minutes. Still no one showed up. i went to th years. Customer service is deteriorating. Taylor was supposed to help me with service. I had to wait 25 minutes. Still no one showed up. i went to the service manager and shared my disappointment. Then he came and helped and talked Taylor to engage. From there on the coupon penny pinching started. Lexus is not Toyota etc. we settled on a coupon and moved on for oil change. More

Lack or transparency in pricing. Didn't honor email offer. Said it must be used after 1pm. My car was worked on and completed at 2pm (oil change and tire rotation).
