The service center was very helpful and not a long wait. My technician was amazing and thoroughly went over everything with my car. I did not give 5 stars because as the Kia dealership as a whole, I am no My technician was amazing and thoroughly went over everything with my car. I did not give 5 stars because as the Kia dealership as a whole, I am not satisfied. I bought my car in July and have still NOT received my license plate because they had the wrong vin number on the contract. At first I was told it will only be 3-4 weeks, now I have try to reach out to two people I have had contact with and they are not giving me straight answers or ignore my request. It is now the second week of November and I still have no update or idea when this will be resolved so it is very upsetting. More
