My experience with Taylor was not pleasant. He was not responsive to my concerns with the issue I had with my truck especially after mechanic told him there was nothing wrong with my truck and He was not responsive to my concerns with the issue I had with my truck especially after mechanic told him there was nothing wrong with my truck and besides the mechanic did not even drive my truck to see if there was an issue. Two weeks later, I had to bring my truck back for the same issue and I got with Jerry Adams which took care of me. He got Will right off to look at my issue and Will got the master tech and then they both got to work trying to figure out my issue. It became obvious there was something wrong with my truck and they would need to keep it a few days to have the mechanic fix the issue. They gave me a loaner truck which I am so grateful. Jerry was great in helping me. I will not work with Taylor again. More

I took my truck to the Ford dealership in Alpharetta to get repaired multiple times over the last 18 months. I brought it to Taylor at Shottenkirk Ford. Made buying as easy as possible, listened to what was needed and worked with us to make it happen. We are very happy with our purchase and the excellent service we had. After 2 weeks our vehicle is in service with crankshaft issues. Can’t tell me how long this is going to take. Buyers beware of this dealership and WHAT they say is not honest nor will ANYONE returns calls. They ignore you once you sign and lie to get you to buy. Go elsewhere. More

Scheduled for Ford recall on police explorer. I went over what the recall was about and how the rear end needed to be dropped. It was a min 8 hr service according to ford bulletin. They had the car for 8 hrs and tried to perform the civilian explorer recall. It seems to me to be clearly incompetent to try that. The bulletin says the civil procedure doesn’t work on the police model. The car has decals, light bar and other things a competent person would know is a police car. This was clearly unacceptable performance from a large ford dealership. After I had to call to check on the status, I was told it would be read at 5pm and recall was completed. I received a call from the manager 15 min later telling me the recall was not done and what they attempted to do. He blame Taylor with this mistake and Taylor was off. I don’t think it’s Taylor’s fault as the mechanic should have know what procedure to perform. Needless to say this has lost the follow up vehicle which would have been taken to this dealership.
