Always a pleasure to do business here When I had to make an emergency visit to my daughter's school (200 miles away) I was in need of a service visit. I've always been treated well and with respect. The service department is not only helpful but skilled. The sales department has always been most courteous and patient with me. A+ Service in all Respects I usually never go to the dealership for service on my car because they can be pricey. I needed some routine maintenance on my nine year-old Highlande I usually never go to the dealership for service on my car because they can be pricey. I needed some routine maintenance on my nine year-old Highlander and found that Falmouth Toyota had the best price for the labor and parts (had to get a timing belt and water pump replaced). First of all, I went to the dealership (recently remodeled) and it was extremely clean and pleasant. The seamlessness of dropping off the car surprised me (in a positive way!) and then I even got shuttle service to work. The work was quick and I got a call later in the morning to let me know it was finished. The next day, I noticed some issues with my dummy lights coming on. I called Falmouth Toyota (assuming it had to do with the service I just had completed) and they told me to bring it in at my earliest convenience. I took it in that day and they immediately gave me a rental car (from their lot). I got a call the next day revealing the issue(s) were completely unrelated to the maintenance done. The technician, Townsend, was extremely friendly and detailed with what needed to be done. The issue required my car being in the shop for over a week, but Falmouth Toyota gladly let me keep the rental free of charge. The main thing that stuck out to me about my experience with Falmouth Toyota was how incredibly friendly EVERYONE (and I mean everyone I encountered) was. I've been living on the Cape for almost three years (originally from the southeast) and these are by far the nicest service people I have ever encountered here. They take the time to make the customer feel important and respected, they are reasonable with their prices, and they do good work. I grew up in a family that knows a lot about automobiles and I can say that I believe the mechanics at Falmouth Toyota make the grade. From now on, I think I am going to take my Highlander to their shop for anything that needs to be done and you should, too! More
