One of the other fine service managers took my paperwork when I arrived without an appointment for my annual inspection He appreciated that I could tell him which slot held my Corolla, and the technician servicing my car did likewise when the work was done. It was a treat having a freshly brewed cup of coffee and cookie while I waited in the busy customer lounge, and the work was finished much sooner that I anticipated. This was an uncomplicated service visit, but I've had similar experiences here when my needs were much more challenging. I'm pleased to recommend Falmouth Toyota whenever I discuss car service. -William Fleck More

Within minutes I was picked up by their very personable and friendly driver, Rhiannon, and I was home before I knew it. She's a great driver, too! She also came for me at end of day and returned me to the dealership to pick up my car. The whole experience was extremely positive, and I'm very pleased with how well the car is running now. More

Best Dealership we have ever dealt with We bought our 2004 Highlander here, our 2013 Tacoma Truck here, and had come for service for 11 plus years. Tony and his staff could not be better. Ta We bought our 2004 Highlander here, our 2013 Tacoma Truck here, and had come for service for 11 plus years. Tony and his staff could not be better. Taylor and Jared are wonderful and I am sure the others are as well, but have not gotten to know them yet. It was time to retire the Highlander after 124,000 miles and we worked with John O'Keeffe in sales. He was very patient with all of our test drives and needs. My husband is very tall and we found that the RAV would seat him both for comfort and safety. John answered all of our questions, helped set things up with my phone/Bluetooth interface. He was professional and could not have been nicer. I never mind coming for service to Falmouth Toyota because the waiting rooms are comfortable, coffee tea and snacks are offered, and when it is nice out there is an outside place to sit --the picnic area. They won't let you drive if a repair is needed for safety--they offer a loaner. My husband is picky, ran his own auto repair shop many years ago and he thinks they are top-notch, and I do too. Plus they stay on time with their scheduling (very important). Lots of smiles at this place (staff and customers). Customer service is everything and these people could write a book on it or offer seminars. Thank you. More
