I will always be selecting him as my service coordinator! My only complaint is about the website/email reminders. I got the reminder for service, scheduled the appointment and had the service done... but I'm still getting emails to remind me to schedule. But that's what the delete button is for, I guess. But it would be nice if the two programs could link up and stop the repeated reminders after the service had been complete. Other than that piece... I have been impressed with every interaction I've had with anyone at Manly Honda. Side note: with all of my previous vehicles I never had regular servicing done on any car. Replace light bulbs in "lo - hot" heater switches. Smiles and timely service say it all. Our daugher has purchased 2x vehicles from Manly. A Honda Accord and a Honda Pilot.
