Professional Thorough and Courteous When I called to schedule receptionist was able to schedule me for Saturday since I live 50 miles away and work Mon-Fri. I received an email the same day assuring me after checking with the service manage that they would have a technician available to investigate my "check engine light". I arrived on time at 9am and Ted met me immediately and started the process. He reminded me that there was a recall on my airbag and they could replace the same day...a very pleasant surprise. He advised everything would take 3 hours and I waited. He got back with me in 3 hrs and explained that there was a valve involved in the transmission that need to be replaced. He allowed me to rent a car so that I could run some errands and shortly after I returned my truck was finished. While not inexpensive I thought the charges were fair and reasonable. I was very impressed with Ted's professionalism and will definitely return when my Ridgeline needs service. More

Professional help, everytime. I know I'm getting honest, professional help which is done right every time and at a reasonable price. In all, my family drives four Honda products. Air Bag Recall I recently bought a 2005 Honda Civic from a private one owner. In the glove box was the recall papers for air bags, I was recommended to Mr. Krupinsky I recently bought a 2005 Honda Civic from a private one owner. In the glove box was the recall papers for air bags, I was recommended to Mr. Krupinsky from Nick Cone to have this serviced; in our discussion and during the repair of airbags, the right and left front seat belts were found to be worn and defective> Mr. Krupinsky promptly informed me that this was also under warranty. air conditioning My air conditioning was not working. I decided to wait in their comfortable waiting room until the work was done or diagnosed. They estimated 1.5 hour My air conditioning was not working. I decided to wait in their comfortable waiting room until the work was done or diagnosed. They estimated 1.5 hours which was very close. They found that the schrader valve was broken and replaced it. Diagnosis and repair cost $202. Mr. Ted K.was my service advisor and answered all my questions. Every staff person I met was good natured and helpful. More
