Excellent Customer Care I had a recall for my Honda CR-V for the passenger airbag. I made an appointment for 10:30 am. I showed up at 10:20 am on the day of my appointment I had a recall for my Honda CR-V for the passenger airbag. I made an appointment for 10:30 am. I showed up at 10:20 am on the day of my appointment with my three year old daughter and was surprised at how busy they were but grateful that they got me all checked in right away. My daughter was busy talking with all the guys/ girls up front and LOVED the new play area with flash cards and puzzles. They finished my car in an hour and fifteen minutes and it really only felt like twenty! They truly are amazing people! Thank you More

From test driving the vehicle onto finance and parts for accessories the entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Ted (i'm pretty sure that was his name) came to get me pretty soon after and got everything in order. I had a 9 am appointment and was told my car would be ready at about 1030 or 1045, to my surprise the car was ready at 1010 am and i was out of there by 1015.
