Repair/maintenance was fine. Issue was with my credit. Never got the invoice for that. Then, the invoices were totaled incorrectly which my service person (forgot his name) discovered and corrected. Credit is gone so won't have to deal with that again. Changing service databases should have never thrown away the history. Only being able to go back 2 years is unprofessional and bad database management. More
