Wonderful experience! I purchased by 4th Murano recently but this was my first purchase from this dealership. I researched my vehicle online and contacted the dealership. T I purchased by 4th Murano recently but this was my first purchase from this dealership. I researched my vehicle online and contacted the dealership. Teddy reached out to me and answered all my questions and found just the right Murano for me, as I had very specific requests. I met with him the following day and found him to be very welcoming, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, no pressure! He had everything ready for me, had the car ready and waiting for a test drive and completed the paperwork in a timely fashion. He even was kind enough to synch our phones and set up the perimeters for the Intelligent Driving System for us. All in all, Teddy Dunn made this a wonderful and enjoyable buying experience. Greg Frasca was very kind and helpful as well and made all the numbers work for us. He is great as well. I will come back to Teddy when it's time to purchase my 5th Murano. Be sure and ask for him. I was greeted at the door by a very nice receptionist and a sales person as well. I told the salesman what I wanted and he brought it right to me. Answered my questions and then we made a deal. Keep in mind this was all at closing time. They ALL stayed late to get me on the road with my new Nissan,cleaned and filled for my long trip home! More
