Would recommend to a friend but the finance guy didn't explain how the "refundable" extended warranty that wa informative. Made the process painless. I'm getting the warranty refunded to the overall financed amount but the process inflated my monthly payment by $150 for the life of the loan! I would not have agreed to the warranty if I realized how that worked. On top of that, it was a third party warranty...not even the Ford warranty. You would think when you are sitting at a Ford dealership buying a new Ford that the extended warranty would be from Ford. More
