Excellent customer service. We drove from out of state to look at a gently used Jeep Renegade. We were quickly greeted by Anthony, who did a fantastic job. He worked hard to get us a good value for our trade-in and went above and beyond to fill up the gas tank of our new purchase so we wouldn’t have to stop on our way home. Although the entire process took a long time (4 hours start to finish), the staff were very accommodating and apologetic for our wait. Overall, we would recommend Arlington Heights Ford for first-time car buyers. More
