Great service when purchasing my used vehicle. Great service when I purchased my used vehicle, the made the buying process easy.... unfortunately I can't say the same for the Service afterwards...… Great service when I purchased my used vehicle, the made the buying process easy.... unfortunately I can't say the same for the Service afterwards...….. I noticed while moving my stuff from my traded in vehicle to the new to me vehicle that the running board did not go back in, when I asked the sales man to resolve he told me his manager said NO! he's not putting any more money into the vehicle I purchased... I accepted that and took the vehicle to my mechanic to resolve and to give the vehicle a complete inspection to find out why I was hearing a vibration sound while driving over 30mph.... when doing so he found that the transmission was bad! to quote him "TRANSMISSION NEEDS MAJOR INTERNAL REPAIR ORE REPLACEMENT" needless to say i'd be wasting my time trying to get them to repair it since they wouldn't even address the running board. Illinois law states dealers MUST offer implied warranty on used vehicles covering power train components for 15 days or 500 miles which ever comes first and does not cover vehicles with over 150,000 miles, so the vehicle I purchased should be covered by ILLINOIS HOUSE BILL 4377..... Unfortunately I don't remember the sales mans name but this survey demands I select one, so I'll pick one, it may not be the correct guy because none of my paper work has a name of the sales rep on it More

Good communication Throughout the time that my vehicle was in the shop the dealership kept me updated on repair progress and called me when repairs were complete. I also received a free loaner vehicle for part of the time which assisted me greatly. More
