Hi, I’m Teresa Wilson Assistant Service Manager here at Germain Toyota of Columbus. I started in the automotive industry in 1995 and joined Germain in 1998. Having been with Germain for so many years I am Toyota Certified and I believe in treating every customer as if they are a member of my family. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I’m a graduate of Pickerington High School. My husband Derek and I have a beautiful daughter Mackenzie. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, reading and spending time with my family. If I were a superhero, of course, it would be Wonder Woman! My most played song on my playlist is Believer by Imagine Dragons which is a favorite to listen to in my preferred vacation spot Cancun Mexico. Cancun is so relaxing and beautiful it’s nice to kick back and just drift away to the music. Since I have owned three Rav4’s I’d have to say it’s my chosen Toyota. They are comfortable and a great family vehicle.

The service Dept was very unprofessional! Overall service was good. They protected the steering wheel, seats and floor with coverings and the service desk associate was very friendly. My wife took the vehicle and she indicated the service was v wheel, seats and floor with coverings and the service desk associate was very friendly. Brought my Highlander in for service of oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle was given an overall inspection. Planning now for next service that will need so extra items done. Excellent Service While Waiting I have continued to use Germain Toyota for all the service on the two Tacomas (2007 and 2014) that I purchased there. I do this even though I moved to Dublin and there are closer Toyota dealers to my location. The service has always been excellent and the facility is well maintained so waiting is comfortable. Teresa Wilson and all the service technicians are knowledgeable and helpful in scheduling the service needed to keep the pickup working in top shape. More

The service department does a great job. They keep you informed about what is going on with your vehicle and what needs done. Since vehicles are so complex, occasionally issues have arisen after a servic informed about what is going on with your vehicle and what needs done. Car in for service Took car in for regular maintenance. Teresa suggested new spark plugs as I was overdue. Technicians found I needed brake work which I had suspected. Since the work would take 5+ hours and I had planned to wait, Teresa gave me a free rental car. When returning and checking out, I had to wait a very long time. One new person was checking out two people ahead of me and after about 20+ minutes another person came in and I checked out 2 minutes. I would have given a 5 except for that. More
