Terrible job in service! Neglected to put my summer tires on and take my snow tires off. I pointed out the tires which were completely filling the back area of the car upon d Neglected to put my summer tires on and take my snow tires off. I pointed out the tires which were completely filling the back area of the car upon drop off with very clear instructions. Simple right?! When picking up the car at closing time the snow tires were still on?! That results in a huge hassle for me of needing to book another service appointment and do it all another time. Also will require taking the tires out of the car putting them back into storage, then putting them back in the car before driving over for a repeat service appointment because they screwed up and forgot! Their screw-up = 4 hours of my life!! xxx?!! Terrible!!! More

I bought my car here almost 3 years ago. I have always had a wonderful experience when I have my car serviced here. They are thorough and informative. I brought my car in yesterday for I have always had a wonderful experience when I have my car serviced here. They are thorough and informative. I brought my car in yesterday for a check up and regular maintenance. Sean was friendly and asked about any concerns I had with my car. He saw to it that all was taken care of and answered any questions I had. I trust that my car is in good hands at this dealership. More

When I come to the Toyata Service Center, Ms Teresa and Mr Mynor put my worries at rest. They take care of my Sequoia and Ms Teresa always let's me know when service is due.
