The service person up sold me a cooling system flush and a brake system flush. She tried to upsell me spark plug replacement. According to Toyota’s service manual these services do not need to be done until 120,000 miles minimum. That’s why I hate taking my auto to a dealer. They are always trying to sell you what you need.Unfortunately I have an extended warranty so I need to make sure I keep the services up to date.The reason why I did not give this rating a one star is the new service rep I felt with when I picked up my car heard my complaint and adjusted the bill.
