Some of what was presented in finance did not match my understanding from earlier conversations. Whether that came down to unclear communication or differing expectations, I left feeling disappointed rather than confident about the purchase. After we had already agreed on a deal, I returned to complete the purchase and spent another four hours at the dealership. When I finally got into my $43,000 truck, it had less than a quarter tank of gas. My first stop was around the corner to spend another $180 filling it up. After such a long visit, I didn’t feel it was worth going back to address it. I appreciate Jeff’s effort, but clearer communication about what was included and more attention to the delivery experience would have made a significant difference. I’m happy with the truck; I just wish I felt as good about the overall buying experience. More
