My experience was in the market for a new truck and found Florida Fine Cars online. This salesman was more concerned about his commission and totally disregard the car buying experience. After two days of going back and forth with this salesman I was ready to request a refund on my deposit and move on. Then I spoke with Daniel jaramillo who was very professional and asked me to give Florida fine Cars a chance to redeem themselves. The following day I stopped by and Daniel introduced me to Jeremy Bonilla. Talk about a true professional, Jeremy directed me to Terrell Stephenson. Between Jeremy and Terrell my experience went from bad to great. Terrell is a complete professional and amazing to work with. Between Jeremy and Terrell they made this experience great. I would absolutely come back and recommend Florida Fine Car to anyone who is looking for a professional and great experience. They are all knowledgeable about their inventory but above all they definitely have an Ace in their pocket at the county line location and his name is Terrell!! I’m a picky person! He was very patient with me, kind, he explained every detail to me, he answered every question, and I know this is small but he even bought me a ginger ale because I was complaining of stomach pains and not feeling well. We found the car best suited for me and I couldn’t be happier the entire process was quick yet fulfilling and honestly I’ll be sending all my friends to Florida fine cars and I’ll definitely be referring them to Terrell!! I want to thank the whole team and OH I cannot forgot Phil a manager at the location I visited. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t even have had the opportunity to be there!
