Let me begin by saying I’ve gotten the last 2 cars I’ve owned from this dealership, FFC never disappoints. On May 16th My mother acquired her new vehicle from FFC and I couldn’t be more grateful! Brandon has been my sales man for years and I trusted him to get my mom into a safe, trendy, and reliable vehicle and that’s just what he did. My mothers old Mazda was having some issues that caused me to worry. I felt it necessary for her to trade it in and start a new journey with a new car. We used the FFC site and built her a customer portal, here we were able to browse inventory and found 6 options that would work for her. With out me having to be there Brandon had her 18 year old vehicle traded, helped my mother select her new vehicle, and she was in and out in a matter of 2 hours.
