I was relieved by their significantly different approach to car sales and closing the deal than other dealerships have displayed, it made me feel human and appreciated. Eli was considerate and listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and Terry made it happen. Sales isn't rocket science but having a team mentality harvests everyone's strengths to accomplish the goal... sales and servicing the customer. Sales was obviously on everyone's mind but it never showed, I was surprised at the restraint shown to not use scare tactics or trash talk other dealers as I was trying to make my decision. Ultimately I ended up going with a Cherokee and have no regrets or second thoughts about my decision to purchase with Bayside Jeep. I am happy and would without a doubt recommend this dealer to anyone considering buying any vehicle in the future to at the least stop by and see what they have and what they can do for you.
