Disaster I went in to buy the car I was currently leasing and lease a new vehicle as well. You would think this is a situation where the dealer would go above I went in to buy the car I was currently leasing and lease a new vehicle as well. You would think this is a situation where the dealer would go above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately I was at the dealership for over 6 hours which was far too long but I did leave in a new car and purchased the old one as planned. Two weeks later I receive a letter in the mail telling me that the financing for the older vehicle had been rejected by two companies. I call the dealership and I was assured everything was fine and that the financing had gone thru with a third carrier. 5 weeks after the transactions I had still not received the registrations for either vehicle. Again I called the dealership and was told this was a DMV back log. I decided not to believe them and ordered new copies of the registration directly from DMV, a small inconvenience since it only cost $2 per car. O thought this might be the end of the fiasco but then I received two checks in the mail from the dealership for being overcharged, exactly on what I have no idea l but one of the checks came with the registration for only one vehicle almost two months after the transaction. More

They Really Work With You The first time we walked through the door, we were introduced to Matthew. He was very patient and easy to work with, and made what could have been a The first time we walked through the door, we were introduced to Matthew. He was very patient and easy to work with, and made what could have been a stressful time into a relaxing if not enjoyable one. Terry oversaw the process, even when Matthew took a deserved vacation - which happened to be the same week we finalized the purchase. Fortunately Avi stepped in to Matt's shoes, and he was equally very patient, easy to work with, and also had knack for putting us at ease. Everything was guided by Terry, who never once made me feel like anything was being hidden. He quite openly answered our questions and seemed to be on point with what was in front of us. The only minor critique I would have is that a call should be returned on the day or timeframe promised. That being said, they did maintain communication and ultimately had us in the car we wanted in one week (that includes them getting it from PA). And when I saw how quickly they move about to help get things done, and how they focus only on the people they are with at the moment, I can see how getting to every call in a limited timeframe might be very challenging (maybe the dealership should consider a secretary to help this already hard working team). Lets just summarize with this; it went so well that I hope to see them again in a year or two for another purchase. More
