Salesman was not personable at all! He just wanted the sale. He did not know how to talk to customers, I guess it was him disregarding questions and comments to get his job done but it came off rude. He didn’t even offer us to drive the car before it was on the way. What helped was the finance department, Terry made the experience so amazing! We like the car but if we got a chance to drive it we would’ve probably went with the Cherokee like we were turning in. Also we are having a lot of problems with the Kenwood sound system apart of the “luxury package” - it doesn’t work. Which in turn makes all safety features also not work! The car is a week old! More
